Our quality assurance program creates strong communication links between our cleaning operators, supervisors and customers. Systems, procedures and staff supervision ensure that each job is completed in accordance with detailed specifications.

Our rigorous staff recruitment process means that we screen out a large number 

of potential cleaning operators. Only people with the right skills and personal attributes are selected to work in the company. Comprehensive training for new and existing staff provides skills and knowledge to safely and effectively deliver quality results. In addition, we retain committed staff by acknowledging their contributions, providing incentives for quality work and creating a positive work environment.

KC Facility Services Pty Ltd (KC) specialises in offering comprehensive commercial, industrial, retail cleaning solutions to clients throughout Victoria. Utilizing equipment and tools with the latest technology, we are able to manage large scale and complex jobs. At KC Facility services we are dedicated in providing the highest standard of cleaning and maintenance services

 

KC Facility Services Pty Ltd strives to achieve sustainable growth through consistently satisfying the diverse needs and expectations of its stakeholders (customers, employees, community, suppliers, government bodies, etc). Our company is committed to effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 Standard and any other relevant statutory, regulatory and other requirements.


Our company’s Management Team is committed to ensure that the QMS is continually reviewed and improved, hence resulting in ongoing customer satisfaction. This will be achieved by:

 

Promoting an understanding of our stakeholders’ needs and expectations throughout the organization, together with a culture of exceeding expectations.

 

Ensuring that all staff are adequately trained and are competent with their job requirements via our “Induction & Training Program”.

 

Establishing, reviewing and communicating our quality objectives and targets to all levels in the organisation (incorporated in the Objectives-Targets Management Plan). The objectives and targets, including monitoring of KPIs, are monitored on an ongoing basis and reviewed during planned management review meetings.

 

Monitoring our performance through performance metrics (inspections, internal audits etc.) in order to continually improve our processes and services.

 

Utilising our company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System on all organisation processes, Including core processes, everywhere, every time and without exception.

 

Reviewing this policy for its adequacy during planned management review meetings.

 

Ensuring that management on all levels communicates and explains the quality policy to all employees and subcontractors so that everyone is familiar with the policy and its intent. It is also made available to interested parties through our website.

Safety Policy as on 27 May 2019

KC Facility Services Pty Ltd is committed to providing a work environment where the health and safety of employees, contractors, client representatives and the general public are a priority. We are committed to complying with the requirements of the OH&S management system as per AS/NZS 4801 standard.

 

Our goal which is set out in our objectives and targets is to eliminate workplace illness and injury. This is achieved by:


Complying with relevant OH&S legislations (acts, standards, regulations, codes of practice) as well as other requirements that may be pertinent to the company’s product and as an integral part of the continual improvement process.

 

Ensuring appropriate information, instruction, supervision, communication, induction and training are provided prior to commencement of work, and ensuring all employees and contractors are aware of these resources and participate proactively in the above.

 

Establishing, reviewing and communicating company’s safety objectives and targets that are measurable to all levels in the organization. The objectives and targets are monitored on an ongoing basis and reviewed during the management review meetings.

 

Focusing on ongoing improvement in the areas of safety education, accident prevention, hazard control, injury prevention, rehabilitation and health preservation.

 

Identifying and reducing the risks associated with all types of work activities that have the potential to cause personal injury or occupational illness. Hence, all staff and contractors are encouraged to report all workplace hazards, incidents and accidents to the relevant OH&S representative.

 

Involving individuals in occupational health and safety matters and consulting with them on the ways to recognise, evaluate and control workplace hazards.

 

Ensuring that everyone (including visitors and contractors) complies with appropriate standards and workplace directions to protect the health and safety of themselves and others at work.

 

Providing adequate systems and resources to effectively manage rehabilitation and return to work processes.

 

This policy is communicated to all staff and subcontractors through toolbox meetings and training and is reviewed annually during the management review meetings. It is also made available to interested parties through our website.
